“I'm a landlord with Tenants. I Contacted Daniel late afternoon as my usual Gas Engineer was on Holiday and I had a tenant with a young baby and no hot water. Boiler would not re-set/Start. Daniel was able to fit her in almost immediately and attended the property the next working day, diagnosed the problem, and had sourced a price for replacement parts to discuss before even calling me back. Parts were ordered and fitted and both the tenant and myself kept informed on his return. I will be liaising with Daniel to cover service & maintenance for my tenants going forward. His service was a breath of fresh air. 10/10 for customer service and communication!”
